Items that are not refunded - Earrings: due to health and safety guidelines. or Custom made orders (personalised by you).
If you want to return your item due to "change of mind", the item must be shipped back to Sunny Coast Beads at your expense. Once returned to us, we will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping fee.
